1. AI renders are previews, not guarantees.

All images generated by the Stone Vision AI Visualizer are computer-generated previews intended to help you explore design ideas. They are not exact replicas of real stone, real installations, or real-world lighting conditions. Color, texture, veining, finish, joint spacing, and overall appearance will vary between the AI render and the actual material or finished project.

Stone Vision assumes no responsibility for any discrepancy between an AI-generated image and the stone you receive, install, or view in person. Always inspect physical stone samples and consult your stone supplier and installer before making any purchase or design commitment.

2. We do not sell stone or installation services.

Stone Vision is a software tool and visualization platform. We do not sell natural stone, pavers, coping, veneers, or any building materials. We do not provide installation, contracting, or construction services. We do not endorse, recommend, or push any specific product, brand, or supplier.

Any supplier, installer, or contractor you choose to work with is an independent third party. Stone Vision has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the quality, pricing, availability, or delivery of any materials or services provided by third parties.

3. No warranties or guarantees.

Stone Vision provides its platform and AI visualizer on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, realism, or completeness of any AI-generated image.
• The suitability of any stone material, size, finish, or layout for your specific project, climate, or building code.
• The performance, durability, or longevity of any stone or installation.
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

4. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stone Vision and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Purchase decisions, project costs, or installation expenses based on AI renders.
• Dissatisfaction with real stone appearance versus AI preview.
• Project delays, construction errors, or material defects.
• Data loss, service interruptions, or platform downtime.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if Stone Vision has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. For decision support only.

Stone Vision is designed to support your design exploration and product selection process. It is not a substitute for professional advice from architects, designers, structural engineers, stone suppliers, or licensed contractors. Always consult qualified professionals before making construction, structural, or material decisions.

6. Intellectual property.

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to the platform. AI-generated renders are provided to you for personal, non-commercial design exploration. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim AI-generated images as original photography without disclosure.

7. Changes to these terms.

We may update these disclaimers and terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
